RETURNS

We take great pride in making quality pieces that will work and you'll love. It is important to us that you are wholly satisfied with your product. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your piece, we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange for the value of the merchandise. 

Please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. Please include the original tags. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or refund the payment. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit.

EXCHANGES

If exchanging a piece(s) please provide additional shipping payment. $5 for domestic orders, $12 for Canada and Mexico, $16 for international orders. Package will not ship unless method of payment is provided. Also, if total of new product exchange exceeds original order price, further payment is required.

What are my shipping options?

All shipments are sent USPS. Tracking and delivery confirmation are available except when shipping internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship overseas! USPS is quite reliable although does not provide tracking numbers for international shipping. Shipping to Canada costs $19.95. Most everywhere else costs $23.95. SENSI is not liable for lost international packages. For tracking on an international shipment, please choose EXPRESS shipping. Cost $44.95

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Please note that while USPS is speedy and accurate, the arrival date is not guaranteed.

To order pieces deliverable to another address besides the billing address or to insert special shipment instrutions, please use the "notes" section on the transaction screen upon checkout.

PAYMENT

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as paypal. Personal checks are not accepted except in special circumstances. Cash is accepted for in person transactions.
